Part Time Administrative Clerk
Duties include-but are not limited to :
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ and Accounts Payable's, data. Prepare and mail monthly utility billing to customers, send out payment reminders, prepare bank deposits, Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

This position is not eligible for benefits. Work schedule will be determined to fit the needs of both the applicant and the district. Pay scale for this position is $12.00-15.00.
