Covid-19 Updated Information as of 06/10/2020

At this time the District Office is going to be open from  10:00 Am - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

We will remain closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and federally recognized holidays. 

We are still asking that the public adhere to the state, and local guidelines, in regards to social distancing, due to the ongoing concern of spreading the Covi-19 Virus. 

The District office is a smaller space, and in order to allow 6 ft of space between one another, we are asking that only one customer come into the office at a time. If someone is inside the building paying a utility bill, please wait for them to leave the building, before coming inside. This is especially important for our customers that are considered to be a higher risk.  

If possible we still prefer to be contacted by phone or email, unless it is an urgent situation that can not be addressed VIA phone/email.

 

 

 

The District's General Manager and the Assistant General Manager are still available by appointment.  If you are interested in scheduling a meeting please call the District Office. 

 Our customer service phone lines continue to be staffed, and staff receives and responds to emails regularly, throughout each day.

Due to the high call volume our office is currently receiving, it may be easier and more efficient to use email, when contacting the District staff.
